MAJOR Projects
Rock House - Turks and Caicos
Roca Resources (Macro Civil) was in charge of all earthmoving work on a 14-acre oceanfront site with peaks that reached up to 95 feet above sea level. We carefully excavated the limestone embankment to create land lots, a swimming pool, and walkways, while following the client's request to minimize damage to the surrounding vegetation. This unique resort and residential development is located on the north coast of Providenciales. Our team's expertise and attention to detail helped to make this project a success.
Ritz Carlton - Turks and Caicos
Roca Resources was responsible for managing a large-scale earthmoving project on a remote island. We had to use all of the earthmoving equipment on the island to complete the project, which required careful planning and coordination. The project had to be completed quickly and safely, with a strict deadline set by the client. Despite the challenges, our team was able to successfully bring the project to foundation level in an efficient and timely manner.
Wymara Development
Roca Resources was responsible for excavating five separate sites on the waterfront for the Wymara Luxury Villas project. We dug into the hillside to create the sites, and we collaborated with the construction team to prepare the sites for the villas to be built In the shortest possible time to keep construction moving. We also used a barge to install swim decks for the villas by placing pilers and constructing timber decks on top. Our team's expertise and attention to detail contributed to the success of the project.
Denmark Ocean Beach Holiday Park
Roca Resources was responsible for all earthmoving work during the redevelopment of Denmark Ocean Beach Holiday Park. We carefully shaped the land to create the new park, including new roads and services. We also installed a rock wall and turfed areas, allowing the park to be used just a few weeks after our work was completed. Our team's expertise and attention to detail helped to create the beautiful and functional park that it is today. We are proud to have been a part of this important project.
